As a Leader in your Business, you're already aware that it is first and foremost a collection of people working together towards a goal. Working the human aspect of business and making the organization successful is what I specialize in my coaching programs.

You can't be truly successful until you address the human quality of business. When my clients and I dive into their business problems, it never fails to boil down to some human interaction that is not working that is causing the problem. By side-stepping the symptoms and getting to the core of the problem, we solve the Real Problem by custom-crafting a Real Solution.

Many times my clients find that they are giving up or sacrificing their personal lives for their business. They can't see how to set boundaries in their business roles that don't sacrifice marriages, families, outside interests and their own welfare. Both a Life and a Business balance is what we achieve when working on what's really important together. This is one of the biggest challenges for helping a client to become extremely successful and is one of my greatest proven skills.

Frequently I have seen that business issues are not all the real issues when we get to the core of the leader's unaddressed needs. These are very personal unaddressed needs that cannot be surfaced in a hectic work environment in the middle of the challenging dynamics of the daily grind. What I have found is that clients who allow themselves to make themselves the priority can relax and work toward a resolution of the core issues that confront them. This clarity helps to uncover the needed solutions.

Many business leaders' questions are really BIG PICTURE in nature such as:

Where do I personally want my company to go?
How do I marshal my resources to produce the results I want?

Personal Results

Many of my clients feel their conflicts, see only their problems, and are mired in uncertainty about direction to take. They are successful in their own right, but because their individual conflicts are unaddressed, they have risen to a business level that is stretching their capabilities beyond what they have experienced before -because they want to continue - even escalate - their business success.

For many, it means moving off their "right here place" to a place of their bottled-up but very real passions and dreams that they ache to bring into realization. This journey is about living the bigger, fuller, more satisfying life, a place where Authentic Happiness is reached. You deserve to live the life you're destined to design for yourself.

Focus is too many times what is lacking or missing on building prioritized vision. Having a clear cut, written vision is key to building a roadmap to success. Building this roadmap is key to inviting your employees, co-workers, friends, family and spouse to supporting your efforts sharing with them where you're going and what you want to achieve with their help. I coach my clients to specify a space for themselves - to drive a stake in, raise your flag, and claim what they're going after in their lives.

Dreams, aspirations, goals and life direction undiscovered are foundation level issues that hold clients back. When society's belief systems prevail, we get taught to put away our dreams because they could be too big, too bold, too unattainable or risky to pursue. What my clients experience is the freedom to rediscover that part of them and to examine what they really want for themselves. They don't have to listen to a parent, family, spouse, friend, institutions (school, church, society) to find what they want and what they are willing to go after in their life. Together we create what you want for yourself in your life. We unearth what direction, choices and dreams have been living inside you but never released. My clients reach their dreams and move towards what they want to achieve with their lives.

Failure to win, to not be perfect, to not have all the answers or have it all together is one of the biggest stumbling blocks for many people and many of my clients. Having learned that failure is the ultimate disgrace, we abhor it in ourselves. So when we go to make changes it's our beliefs about failure that holds us back. When divorce happens, when monetary losses occur, when radical changes are thrust upon us, we tend to beat ourselves up for not knowing better, not taking risks, and not being perfect.

I coach clients to not berate themselves but to keep the lessons of their past failures and loose the failure. We work on the perfection of the outcomes recognizing that the glass is always half full and possibilities are many. Nothing is gained by beating ourselves up for only being human. My clients use their experiences as possibility building blocks.
